Friended Support cannot cancel or modify your subscription or offer refunds. You must do so through the applicable app store, as noted below.
On iPhone/iOS:
Friended Premium Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To manage your subscription, open the Settings app on your iOS device, tap the first button with your name/Apple ID, and choose "Subscriptions".

On Android:
