How to manage or cancel your premium subscription

PLEASE NOTE:
Friended Support cannot cancel or modify your subscription or offer refunds. You must do so through the applicable app store, as noted below.

On iPhone/iOS:

Friended Premium Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. To manage your subscription, open the Settings app on your iOS device, tap the first button with your name/Apple ID, and choose "Subscriptions".

On Android:

Friended Premium Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store. You can manage your subscription on your Android device by using the Google Play app, or on the web at play.google.com.
